Polokego Mental Care Home is a compassionate non-profit organisation located in the heart of Hammanskraal. Our name means "hope" in Setswana, and hope is exactly what we offer. We provide a warm, safe and dignified home for adults living with mental illness, supported by trained caregivers who care with love every single day.
